Premium coins & currency, including silver, gold, key and semi-key dates at Bontrager's Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY. Online pre-bidding from March 30th to April 5th. Live auction will take place Saturday April 6th at 9 a.m., with cash out and merchandise removal immediately following the auction. (Successful internet bids will be brought to the live auction.) Winning internet bidders will be notified via email following the live auction on Saturday. Internet buyers can cash out and pick up merchandise on Tuesday April 9th and Thursday April 11th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bontrager's Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY.
By bidding with our auction company, you are agreeing to the following. -All sales are final. Everything is sold "AS IS" with no guarantees unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure him or herself as to the condition of items prior to bidding. Condition reports given by the staff of Bontrager’s Auction Service are subjective, and while we strive to be honest, we will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in description. Buyer is responsible for examining items before bidding. Auction company does not take responsibility for buyer's failure to examine. Merchandise is not subject to adjustments once the item has been sold. -Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service and its staff will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in absentee/left bids or phone bids, nor for the possible failure to execute left bids for any reason. -Payment is due in full within the time limits posted in the auction. We accept cash, good check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due at the close of the auction and can be made with cash, good check, Master Card or Visa. Any other payment arrangements must be made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction. 13% buyer’s premium and NY state sales tax are added to all totals. A 3% discount is taken from the buyer’s premium if payment is made with cash or check. Tax exempt buyers must present tax exempt paperwork and ID number at the time of registration. Internet bidders may pay for and pick up their purchases on the following times: Tuesday April 9th and Thursday April 11th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is a minimum $25 fee for late pick up or payment, so please plan accordingly. We will notify absentee bidders of won bids. Won bids must be paid for and picked up during the times specified in the auction terms. Late merchandise pick up is subject to a fee of $25. (Any other arrangements must be made with the auctioneer prior to the end of the auction.) Merchandise pick up is not available during subsequent auctions. Pickup/Cashout Dates for Online Bidders: Tues. April 9th and Thurs. April 11th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pickup Location: Bontrager's Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, 14020 SHIPPING: Small lots can be shipped at the buyer's expense for internet bidders. Bidders should notify the auction company of their wish to have items shipped by Tuesday April 9th so that shipping charges can be calculated and items can be shipped April 11th. MERCHANDISE PICK UP AND PAYMENT: We will notify online bidders of won bids. Won bids must be paid for and picked up during the times specified in the auction terms. SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. The auction company will charge a minimum of $5 handling for small items and $10 for heavy or bulky items that can be mailed. The auction company will make arrangements to drop off fragile items at FedEx or UPS for packing and shipping arrangements to be made by the buyer. The auction company will not be responsible for packing and shipping fragile items. It is up to the buyer to arrange removal of very large items such as sheds or machinery.
